Dan Miske earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1982 from Marquette University and his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 1985. Dan is a unit owner at a condominium association, serves as its president and is also a member of an HOA.
Dan has served on many various boards and currently serves on the College of Community Association Governance Board and CAI-WI Board. He is also the national president elect for CCAL. He is a past president of CAI-WI and is currently serving as its treasurer. This wide range of practical experience allows him to relate to clients and identify with the complex legal challenges that community association boards may face. His vast experience allows him to present options that others may miss.
Dan is actively involved in many professional organizations and has served as the Chair of Wisconsin CAI Legal Action Committee for many years. This committee reviews the current laws and comments on proposed Wisconsin statutes and proposed amendments.
